Lewisville ISD Names Jennifer Boniol Executive Director of Student Services
LEWISVILLE, Texas - Lewisville ISD has promoted longtime district administrator Jennifer Boniol to executive director of Student Services, placing the 25-year public education veteran in charge of student discipline, enrollment and several other districtwide programs.
The district announced Boniol's appointment Oct. 5. She has worked in Lewisville ISD since 2010 and most recently served as director of Student Services, a position she had held since 2024.
“I am deeply honored and grateful for the opportunity to step into this new role,” Boniol said. “I am excited to continue collaborating with our campus leaders, district team, staff, and community to cultivate safe and supportive environments where students can thrive.”
As executive director, Boniol will oversee K-12 student discipline and appeals, student enrollment and support for campus registrars, Behavior Management Plans, custody and residency matters, districtwide student transfers and Schools of Choice coordination.
Her responsibilities will also include Title IX support for campuses and maintaining the district's Student Handbook and Student Code of Conduct.
“Ms. Boniol has consistently demonstrated a high level of expertise, integrity, and dedication to supporting our students, campuses, and community,” Lewisville ISD Superintendent Lori Rapp said.
Boniol has worked in public education for 25 years, beginning her career as an elementary school teacher in Dallas ISD in 2001.
Before moving into Student Services, she served as an assistant principal at Lewisville High School from 2015 to 2021 and at Liberty Elementary School from 2012 to 2015. She also taught and coached at Lakeview Middle School.
Earlier in her career, Boniol held campus administrative positions in Princeton ISD and instructional positions in Allen ISD and Melissa ISD.
Boniol earned a Master of Education in Administration from the University of North Texas and a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
