Irving's Kimberly Ortiz Named Dell Scholars Finalist
Kimberly Ortiz of Irving High School has recently been named a Dell Scholars finalist for 2013. Ortiz will be receiving $20,000 towards her college education. Kimberly has been accepted to the University of Texas at Arlington.
