Irving Unemployment Rate Continues to Decline

Irving's unemployment rate for November decreased to 3.7 percent.

The success of the Irving Economic Development Partnership wins helped contribute to this low unemployment rate. In 2015 the Partnership has contributed more than 4,613 job opportunities for Irving.

Irving's 3.7 percent unemployment rate compares favorably to the Texas unemployment rate of 4.6 percent.

The national average unemployment rate remains at 5 percent.
