Beware of Possible Scam Sent to Irving Residents

An email was sent to Irving residents, seemingly from Irving City Council, claiming a rise in thefts. The message did not come from a City of Irving official.

If at any time there is a threat to public safety, an emergency message will come from the Irving Police Department or a law enforcement agency. If a resident should be suspicious of a message sent by anyone claiming to work for or with the city, we encourage them to call (972) 273-1010.
