Irving Man Found Dead at Running Bear Park now classified as a Homicide

On June 27, 2021, at 7:01 a.m., the Irving Police Department responded to a report of an unconscious person in the area of 2601 S. Story Rd., Running Bear Park.

When officers arrived,  the man was already deceased. Investigators determined the individual, later identified as Yoni Jimenez, was the victim of a homicide. The victim’s gray 2016 Mazda 3 was found to be missing but was later recovered.
