At approxiamtely 10:15 am today, Irving Police dispatch received a call of a shooting at MacArthur & Ranch Trail.
Upon arrival, police officers found a 19-year-old male victim inside the vehicle's driver seat with at least one gunshot wound. The Irving Fire Department transported to the hospital in critical condition.
IPD issued this statement, "We are currently working an incident in the area of Ranch Trail and N MacArthur Blvd. MacArthur NB and SB traffic is shut down from Old York Rd to Red River Trail. Please avoid the area."
This investigation is in the early stages, and no arrests have been made.
