On December 8, 2022, Dallas Police arrested Treveion Harris, 22, and Alonzo Simpson, 17, and charged them with Capital Murder.
A third suspect, Gregory Ellison, 19, is still at large.
The original murder occurred on September 25, 2022 at approximately 1:24 am. Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 2900 block of Al Lipscomb Way. When officers arrived, they found a 14-year-old male in a vacant lot with multiple gunshot wounds. Dallas Fire-Rescue took the victim to a local hospital, where he died.
On September 28, police detectives identified three suspects in regard to the homicide.
