Everman Police Issues Amber Alert for Endangered Missing 6-year-old Boy

The Everman Police Department was notified by Texas Child Protective Services (CPS) regarding a missing 6-year-old child named Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez who reportedly not been seen by family since November 2022.

It is unclear at this time why CPS waiting 4 months before reporting the missing child to the police.

Noel suffers numerous physical and developmental challenges and family members have expressed great concern for his safety.  Information was received that the child may be with his father in Mexico, but authorities now say that is false information. The Mother has since absconded and law enforcement has been unable to locate her.

The Mother of the child has been identified as Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, aged 37.   Rodriguez-Singh may also be accompanied by her six other children (ages: 5-month twins, 7, 8, 9 & 11)

"We are primarily concerned for Noel due to the report that he has not been seen since November, he has extensive medical issues that require treatment, and authorities were provided false information regarding his whereabouts.", posted the Everman Emergency Services.

Rodriguez-Singh was last known driving a gray 2012 Chevrolet Silverado with Texas license plate PLS7091.  The vehicle has a very unique mural of Santa Muerte across the entire back windshield.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Cindy Rodriguez-Singh.
