On Sunday, September 24th, emergency responders from the Fort Worth Fire Department (FD), Police Department (PD), and MedStar EMS rushed to the scene of a two-vehicle crash that occurred at the intersection of Highway 121 and Sylvania Avenue.
According to authorities, the incident unfolded when a driver collided with another vehicle and subsequently fled the scene on foot.
One individual from the vehicle that was struck by the fleeing driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other occupants of the same vehicle sustained injuries but are reported to be in stable condition and have been transported to a local medical facility for further treatment.
Law enforcement officials are actively searching for the suspect driver responsible for the crash. The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident is ongoing, and authorities urge anyone with information to come forward.
