On October 26, 2023, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 3000 block of Fordham Road.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a man, identified as Lemarcus Williams, aged 30, suffering from gunshot wounds and lying on the ground. Police immediately initiated CPR efforts until the arrival of Dallas Fire Rescue. Lemarcus Williams was subsequently transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
In addition to Mr. Williams, two other individuals, a man and a woman, were also found with gunshot wounds and transported to local hospitals for medical treatment. They are currently listed in stable condition.
This investigation is ongoing, and will be referred to the Dallas County Grand Jury.
