The Arlington Police Department (APD) is seeking the public's assistance in locating a person of interest, 20-year-old Juan Angel Fraire, in connection with an ongoing homicide investigation.
On September 25, 2023, APD officers responded to a reported shooting in the 1700 block of Sherry Street. At the scene, 24-year-old Jamiya Strong was found deceased.
Detectives believe Juan Angel Fraire may possess vital information related to the case and are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward.
