Elderly Man Caught in Bed With Neighbor's Minor Daughter, Sentenced to 85 Years in Prison
On October 11, 2024, 66-year-old Rafael Alejandro Jr. was found guilty and sentenced to 85 years in prison for the continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14 and indecency by exposure.
On September 7, 2020, the victim's mother discovered Alejandro, their next-door neighbor, in bed with her daughter. The victim then made an outcry that the abuse had been occurring for years.
