Irving homeowners reminded about outside storage
Homeowners and tenants are responsible for keeping their property free from litter, brush and outside storage items. Outside storage items include the following.
  • Appliances not designed for outdoor use
  • Building materials
  • Car parts and accessories
  • Household furniture
  • Playground equipment and toys
  • Storage boxes
  • Tools and work equipment
  • Trash
 
Any outside storage must be kept in an enclosed building or removed from the property. It is a code violation to store items in an open carport, on an exposed porch or patio.
