The Dallas Police Department has arrested 34-year-old Philip De La Rosa in connection with a terroristic threat captured on video and circulated on social media.
On March 26, 2025, De La Rosa was recorded making anti-Semitic threats against a victim. The footage was reported to law enforcement, leading detectives to identify and locate him in Plano. Dallas Police arrested him on March 28, 2025, charging him with Terroristic Threat, a Class B Misdemeanor.
Authorities emphasized their commitment to investigating hate crimes, crediting the successful arrest to cooperation between the Criminal Intelligence and Fugitive Units, along with the Plano Police Department.
The investigation remains ongoing under case number 040232-2025.
