Fort Worth Barbershop Owner Arrested on Child Sex Charges, Police Seek Possible Additional Victims

FORT WORTH, Texas - Fort Worth police are seeking possible additional victims after a barbershop owner was arrested on child sexual assault and indecency charges.

The Fort Worth Police Department's Crimes Against Children Unit is investigating 54-year-old Hugo Cesar Jimenez-Rodriguez in connection with an incident reported Friday, Septemper 4, at Salon Hugo, a barbershop at 4075 E. Lancaster Ave.

Police identified Jimenez-Rodriguez as the owner of the business and arrested him on September 7th.

Jimenez-Rodriguez has been charged with Sexual Assault of a Child and Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact.  His bond has been set at $200,000 and remains in-custody at the Tarrant County Corrections Center.  

Investigators said they believe there could be additional victims and are particularly seeking to hear from Spanish-speaking adolescents who may have had contact with Rodriguez.
