The Colony Police Find Man With Gunshot Wound to the Head

On October 17, at around 2:02 pm, The Colony Police Department responded to a parking lot at the Police Department headquarters for a man with a gunshot wound to the head.

Detectives believe the incident was an accidental, self-inflicted wound. They do not believe the shooting took place in the parking lot of the station.

Paramedics responded to treat the gunshot wound victim. His condition was not released by authorities.

There was heavy police activity in this area throughout the afternoon while detectives worked the scene.
