Man Killed in Wise County Car Crash

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a fatality accident that occurred overnight in rural Wise County.

At 12:49am, multiple emergency responders from Wise County were dispatched to a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Farm to Market Road 455 and Farm to Market Road 51.

Officials say a 34-year-old man was driving westbound on Farm to Market Road 455 when he crashed off the roadway and struck a tree. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
