Woman Struck by Multiple Vehicles on Sam Rayburn Tollway

On March 4, 2023, at around 9:45 pm, Carrollton Fire Department and DPS Troopers responded to a crash in the northbound lanes of Sam Rayburn Tollway near Hebron Parkway.

Investigators say a 30-year-old Dallas woman was walking northbound on the tollway when she was struck by multiple vehicles.

Emergency responders pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.

One driver stopped at the scene. Police did not say how many vehicles were involved.

All lanes of the Sam Rayburn Tollway were closed while DPS Troopers investigated the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
