Driver Dead in Dallas Early Morning Fiery Crash

At around 5:35 am this morning, Dallas Fire Rescue and Police responded to a single vehicle crash in the 2000 block of Peavy Road.

Officers determined the driver of a vehicle lost control and crashed off the roadway into a creek bed. The vehicle overturned and caught fire on impact.

The driver was trapped and pronounced deceased at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
