UPDATE: Dallas Police have identified the suspect in the kidnapping case as 41-year-old Leonard Lamar Neal. Authorities say that on Sunday, Lillie May and her 9-year-old brother accepted a ride from the suspect near their apartment complex. The boy was abandoned at a strip mall around noon in the area of West Kist Boulevard at South Polk Street. 10 hours later, Lillie May was found walking alone after being dropped off by the suspect. Neal is wanted for aggravated kidnapping, kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault of a child.
