Irving Police are investigating a homicide case that occurred on September 21, 2023, at approximately 8:40 am. The victim has been identified as 29-year-old Charlie Williams Jr., described as a black male.
The incident took place at an apartment in the 3700 block of Block Dr, specifically at The Terrace Apartment Homes.
Irving Police were reponding to a disturbance call at the location mentioned and Mr. Williams was found injured with at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The investigation into this matter is ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time.
