Mansfield Police Needs Help Identifying Man Involved in Car Accident

The Mansfield Police Department is asking for help in trying to identify the male in the video below, who was involved in an accident. He got into an altercation with the victim, and left without providing his information. The suspect vehicle is a light-colored SUV, possibly a Kia Telluride.
