The North Richland Hills Police Department announced today that 21-year-old Gavin Owens of Hurst, who was critically injured in a four-vehicle crash on Monday evening, has passed away. The crash occurred on Davis Blvd. near Turner Terr., leaving three people injured and causing the closure of the roadway in both directions for several hours.
The incident unfolded at approximately 7:45 p.m. on Monday when reports of the crash were received by the North Richland Hills Joint Communications Center.
