Unconscious Man Found in Cedar Crest Dies, Case Referred to Grand Jury

On December 29, 2023, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Dallas Police received a disturbance call from the 2200 block of Van Cleave Drive in Cedar Crest. 

Upon arrival, officers discovered 30-year-old Donatus Foy unconscious at the location. Dallas Fire-Rescue was called in, but Foy was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing, and the case will be referred to a Grand Jury.
