Dallas Police Seek Public Assistance in Locating Missing 72-Year-Old in Cedar Crest/Oak Cliff Area

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating Jessie Schipper, a 72-year-old woman missing since January 7th, 2024. Ms. Schipper was last seen around 1:30 pm in the 3300 block of Seevers Ave, near South Oak Cliff High School. She is described as 5’4″, 100lbs, with gray hair and brown eyes, wearing a gray hoodie with "Winnie the Pooh" over a denim hoodie and khaki pants. Authorities believe she may be confused and in need of assistance.
