Two Arrested for Murder after Northwest Dallas Assault

Dallas Police responded to an emergency call on March 16, 2024, at around 6:45 p.m. in the 2700 block of Northaven Road in Northwest Dallas.

Upon arrival, officers discovered 25-year-old Efrain Xicol Quej unresponsive on the ground in the parking lot. Dallas Fire Rescue transported Quej to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

According to the preliminary investigation, two suspects were observed assaulting Quej.   The suspects were identified as 36-year-old Antonio Seb Tzub and 33-year-old Reginaldo Seb Tzub.

On March 17, 2024, both Antonio Seb Tzub and Reginaldo Seb Tzub were apprehended by authorities and charged with Murder.  Both are undocumented individuals residing illegally in the U.S.

The investigation is ongoing.
