Dallas Police Search for Suspect in Elm Street Blunt Object Assault
On September 12, 2024, at approximately 1:15 p.m., in the 1300 block of Elm Street in Downtown Dallas, a suspect struck a victim in the head with a blunt object, causing injury.
The suspect is described as a black male with a beard. He was last seen wearing a long black shirt and long black pants.
