On October 4, 2024, at approximately 6:10 PM, Dallas police responded to a shooting in the 4600 block of Lake Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered an unresponsive man inside an apartment with gunshot wounds.
Dallas Fire and Rescue arrived on the scene, but the man was pronounced dead. His identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
