Mesquite Police Search for Missing Man with Diminished Mental Capacity

The Mesquite Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating Tejan Ahmed Gbassah, a 28-year-old man who went missing from his residence on November 27, 2024, at approximately 9:00 p.m. Tejan left on foot and was later contacted by Garland Police Department, where he identified himself as “Ahmed Tejam.” He was last seen leaving the Garland Police station on November 28, 2024, at 3:38 p.m.

Tejan was last seen wearing a black hoodie/jacket, and the clothing shown in the image below. He has a diminished mental capacity and can only communicate in broken sentences.
