TxDOT work on the Irving Interchange project through Sunday, March 12 will affect Irving motorists using Loop 12 and State Highways (SH) 183 and 114, as well as frontage roads and surrounding streets, weather permitting:
SATURDAY, MARCH 4, 8 A.M. TO 5 P.M.
- The eastbound SH 183 frontage road will be closed from Loop 12 to Grauwyler Road.
SUNDAY, MARCH 5 AT 8 P.M. TO MONDAY, MARCH 6 AT 5 A.M.
- The westbound SH 183 Carl Road exit ramp will be closed.
- The southbound Spur 482 direct connector to the westbound SH 183 frontage road will be closed.
MONDAY, MARCH 6 AT 8 P.M. TO TUESDAY, MARCH 7 AT 5 A.M.
- The eastbound SH 183 frontage road will be closed from Tucasa Drive to Loop 12.
- The eastbound SH 183 direct connector to northbound Loop 12 will be closed.
- The westbound SH 183 Carl Road exit ramp will be closed.
- The southbound Spur 482 direct connector to the westbound SH 183 frontage road will be closed.
TUESDAY, MARCH 7 AT 8 P.M. TO WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8 AT 5 A.M.
- The eastbound SH 183 frontage road will be closed from Tucasa Drive to Loop 12.
- The eastbound SH 183 direct connector to northbound Loop 12 will be closed.
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8 AT 8 P.M. TO THURSDAY, MARCH 9 AT 5 A.M.
- The eastbound SH 183 frontage road will be closed from Tucasa Drive to Loop 12.
- The eastbound SH 183 direct connector to northbound Loop 12 will be closed.
THURSDAY, MARCH 9 AT 8 P.M. TO FRIDAY, MARCH 10 AT 5 A.M.
- The eastbound SH 183 frontage road will be closed from Tucasa Drive to Loop 12.
- The eastbound SH 183 direct connector to northbound Loop 12 will be closed.
- The southbound Loop 12 direct connector to westbound SH 183 main lanes will be closed.
FRIDAY, MARCH 10 TO SATURDAY, MARCH 11
- 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.: The eastbound SH 183 frontage road will be closed from Tucasa Drive to Loop 12.
- 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.: The eastbound SH 183 direct connector to northbound Loop 12 will be closed.
- 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.: The southbound Loop 12 direct connector to westbound Loop 12 main lanes will be closed.
- 11 p.m. to 11 a.m.: The eastbound SH 114 main lanes will be closed from Spur 482 to Grauwyler Road.
- 8 p.m. to 8 p.m.: The northbound Spur 482 frontage road will be closed from the eastbound SH 183 frontage road to the eastbound SH 114 frontage road.
- 8 p.m. to 8 p.m.: The southbound Spur 482 direct connector to the westbound SH 183 frontage road will be closed.
SATURDAY, MARCH 11
- 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.: The eastbound SH 183 frontage road will be closed from Loop 12 to Grauwyler Road.
SATURDAY, MARCH 11 TO SUNDAY, MARCH 12
- 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.: The eastbound SH 114 main lanes will be closed from Spur 482 to Grauwyler Road from 11PM to 11AM (Sunday morning) for deck operations
- 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.: The eastbound SH 183 Maryland Drive exit ramp will be closed.
- 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.: The northbound Loop 12 Texas Plaza exit ramp will be closed.
- 8 p.m. to 8 p.m.: The northbound Spur 482 frontage road will be closed from the eastbound SH 183 frontage road to the eastbound SH 114 frontage road.
- 8 p.m. to 8 p.m.: The southbound Spur 482 direct connector to the westbound SH 183 frontage road will be closed.
Signed detours will be in place. Motorists are advised to expect traffic delays and seek alternate routes when possible.
