Fluor Corporation Appoints Former Sempra Energy Executive Lisa Glatch to its Board of Directors

Irving-based Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) has welcomed Lisa Glatch, former Sempra Energy executive, to its Board of Directors effective January 15, 2024. Glatch, with over 35 years of experience, will join the Board’s Audit Committee and the Commercial Strategies and Operational Risk Committee, bringing the total number of board members to ten, with nine being independent.

David E. Constable, Chairman and CEO of Fluor Corporation, highlighted Glatch's proven leadership credentials and global experience in the public and private sectors, particularly in multibillion-dollar capital projects. Constable expressed confidence that Glatch's expertise in infrastructure, energy, and liquefied natural gas will contribute to Fluor's growth amid the transition to sustainable infrastructure and energy solutions by clients.

Lisa Glatch served as Strategic Initiatives Officer at Sempra Energy in 2018 before becoming President and COO of Sempra LNG in 2019. She held the position of President, LNG and Net Zero Solutions at Sempra Infrastructure from 2021 until her retirement in 2022. Prior to her time at Sempra, Glatch held senior executive roles at CH2M (formerly CH2M Hill), Jacobs, and Fluor, covering various sectors such as energy, chemicals, environmental, mining, water, and transportation.

In addition to her role at Fluor, Glatch currently serves as a non-executive director on the boards of Xylem, a global water technology provider, and Hess, a global independent energy company. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and has completed advanced management programs at the University of Pennsylvania and Stanford University.
