In a coordinated operation, the Allen Police Department's Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team executed a search warrant and apprehended a wanted individual in the 1500 Block of Tanglewood Drive, Allen, Texas 75002.
At 8:53 AM, the SWAT team responded to the residence of 36-year-old Lul Top, where six felony warrants for "Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon" had been issued for her arrest. Upon entry, Top retreated to the attic and barricaded herself, prompting the SWAT team to initiate negotiations. However, these attempts proved unsuccessful, leading to the deployment of chemical agents after an hour of efforts.
At approximately 10:50 AM, Top surrendered, and law enforcement took her into custody without further incident. She will be transported to Collin County Jail, where she is set to be held on a total bond of $600,000.
