On Valentine's Day, February 14th, around 1:30 pm, Dallas police responded to a call at The Jordan by Windsor Apartments located in the 2300 block of Thomas Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of a 28-year-old man in the apartment complex's trash chute, as confirmed by the Medical Examiner’s Office. The deceased has been identified as Marcus Decarlos Brown.
The cause of Marcus Brown's death is currently pending investigation, with police continuing to probe the circumstances surrounding the incident.
