On March 2, 2024, at 7:38 a.m., Richardson Police Department officers discovered the body of a deceased male beneath the DART rail tracks in the 3200 block of Routh Creek Parkway.
The male has been identified as 20-year-old Andrew Zhou Li, a student at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) in Richardson.
Li was reported missing to the UTD Police Department on February 26, 2024, after he was last seen on February 24, 2024.
Richardson Police Department detectives and the Collin County Medical Examiner’s Office are continuing the investigation, with the official cause of death pending toxicology results.
