Three seniors from Irving ISD have been recognized as Dell Scholars, joining an elite group of only 500 students nationwide. Ana Guzman from Nimitz High School, along with Gobinda Neupane and Alexa Sanchez from Singley Academy, have been awarded this prestigious honor by the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation.
Each of these scholars will receive a $20,000 scholarship, along with a brand-new laptop and funds for purchasing books.
The Dell Scholars program, facilitated by the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, goes beyond just financial assistance. It offers a comprehensive support system to ensure scholars thrive, including a network of support, confidential counseling services, and guidance on financial aid.
