On November 27, 2023, the City of Plano, in collaboration with the Plano Police Department, initiated legal action against Diana Zhang and the Tennyson Wellness Center. The action, filed in the 429th District Court of Collin County, aimed to investigate potential civil claims against the establishment for engaging in illicit activities, including prostitution and indecent assault, under the guise of a massage establishment.
According to officials, this civil action marks the beginning of a comprehensive enforcement strategy by the City of Plano to address sex crimes occurring at massage establishments. Additional legal actions against similar establishments in the Plano area are anticipated in the near future.
