Waco Police Special Crimes Detectives are currently searching for a suspect involved in a homicide investigation that took place early this morning.
At 1:14 a.m. on April 4, 2024, officers responded to a call in the 1100 Block of S. 6th St. Upon arrival, they discovered a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was rushed to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Police were unable to locate a suspect at the scene.
