Nimitz defeats Sunset and are 2-0 in district play
Jimmy Clark passed for 186-yards and two touchdowns as Irving Nimitz (3-2, 2-0) in District 9-6A rolled passed Sunset (1-4, 0-2) at Sprague Stadium.
D'Angelo Allen caught two passes for 92-yards including a 69-yard touchdown. Mark Eugene rushed for 65-yards including a 41-yard touchdown.
On the first play from scrimmage in the second half Nimitz' Jordan Henry scored on a 71-yard run.
Sunset's lone touchdown came on a 12-yard run by Alejandro Leal.
