Richardson downs Irving
Jordan Booty ran for 160 yards and two touchdowns to lead Richardson (2-0) over Irving (0-2), 17-6 Friday night.
Booty had a 4-yard score in the first quarter and a 13-yard score in the fourth quarter. Quarterback Torrance Carr added 64 yards rushing for Richardson.
Irving was held scoreless until Ele Mandefu hit Dominique Calhoun for a 52-yard touchdown pass with 35 seconds left in the game.
