Wolves close out 2010-2011 Swim & Dive season in Mansfield

Ranchview's swimming and diving team ended the season with three top 16 swims at the Regional Championship in Mansfield this week.  The top performances came from the girls 200 Free Relay of Nicole Watson, Shelby Santoscoy, Madison Worrell and Sarah Rovi, which placed 11th, and the 200 Medley Relay with Watson, Santoscoy, Worrell and Lauren Naylor that grabbed 10th place. 

Santoscoy and Kazuomi Motoike were the only Wolves who also had individual swims.  Santoscoy ended up 15th with a seasonal-best time in the 500, while Motoike was 22nd in the same event.  Overall, the Wolfpack girls earned a spot on the scoresheet, finishing in 16th place out of 21 teams..For her individual performance, Shelby Santoscoy is named the team's 11th and final "Athlete of the Week."
