Rheba Sue Bell LaRoe

Rheba Sue Bell LaRoe, of Dallas, Texas, was born September 22, 1929, in Irving, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, George William LaRoe, her parents, George Henry Pierce Bell and Lucy Farine Bell, and her brother George Henry Bell. She attended Abilene Christian College after Irving High School. In 1950 she began working as a Home Economist for Lone Star Gas Company and then taught third grade for 28 years at John Quincy Adams Elementary School for DISD. She is survived by her three daughters and their husbands: Janna and Bob Johnson, Sheri and Gary Scheid, Barbara and Kevin Hendon. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way: Michael Mussett and his son Braeden; Jeffrey Mussett, wife Lyndsay and her daughter Shae; Andrea Scheid, daughters Adelyn, Lily, and son JD; Jamie and Jake Maynor and soon to be daughter, Daisy; Travis Hendon; Grant Hendon, and his sons Tate, Tripp and Tru; Andy Johnson his wife Becca, and their daughters Cordelia and Fiona; Alex Johnson.
