EULESS, Texas — A murder suspect wanted by Plano Police was shot and killed by officers following a confrontation at an apartment complex in Euless on Thursday, July 10, 2025.
At approximately 12:00 p.m., Euless Police Officers were notified that a vehicle connected to a Plano Police Department homicide case had entered the city. The suspect was wanted on a warrant for Murder.
A Euless patrol officer located the suspect’s vehicle as it entered an apartment complex in the 1200 block of Fuller Wiser Road. The officer initiated a traffic stop, and the vehicle pulled into a parking space. The driver, the only occupant, did not comply with the officer’s commands.
Plainclothes officers from Plano Police Department arrived shortly after, and officers from both agencies began coordinating. The suspect then posed an immediate threat, prompting an exchange of gunfire. The suspect was pronounced deceased at the scene. No officers or civilians were injured.
The Plano Police Department had been investigating a homicide that occurred the day prior, on Wednesday, July 9. Around 4:15 p.m., officers were dispatched to a welfare concern in the 6000 block of Water Street in Plano. There, they discovered a deceased female inside a residence. No other individuals were present at the location.
Authorities have not yet released the identities of the deceased suspect or victim. The investigation remains ongoing.
