Nimitz boys’ soccer team cruised to a 4-1 win over Allen. The team advances to the regional quarterfinal, facing Lewisville High School at 7:30 p.m.Tuesday, April 4, at Irving ISD’s Joy and Ralph Ellis Stadium.
The Irving boy's team fell to Hebron 3-1. Ranchview moved on in class 4-A play by defeating Ferris 3-2. They play Kaufman in the quarterfinals tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at DeSoto.
The Nimitz girls' soccer team suffered a horrible defeat, 7-1, versus Hebron in an area-round match. Briley Weatherford, Sophia Claros, Megan Sherman, Ashley Hart and Brook Weatherford scored for Hebron.
