In a Tarrant County court, 43-year-old Abel Albiar has been found guilty and sentenced to 33 years in prison for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The incident occurred on January 17, 2020, when Albiar, while receiving a ride from a woman, brandished a large knife and issued threats to stab her.
Minutes later, during the drive, Albiar carried out the threats by stabbing the woman multiple times in the chest and arm.
