The Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney's Office announced that Androd Stewart, 41, has pled guilty and was sentenced to 48 years in prison for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
On April 25, 2024, a Fort Worth Narcotics officer observed Stewart dealing drugs from a vehicle at a convenience store located on Sandy Lane. Upon detaining Stewart, officers found him in possession of fentanyl pills, heroin, and cocaine.
Stewart's conviction comes under the charge of possessing between 4 and 200 grams of controlled substances with intent to deliver.
