Veterans, service members, and military spouses interested in launching a Veteran-Owned Small Business are invited to attend a one-day Boots to Business Reboot Workshop on Tuesday, November 12.
The Boots to Business Reboot is an entrepreneurship training program led by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) aimed at equipping veterans, active-duty service members, and their spouses with essential skills and resources for starting a business. Attendees will receive guidance on developing business concepts, creating a business plan, and accessing SBA resources.
The workshop will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Devoyd Jennings Business Assistance Center (BAC) located at 1150 South Freeway. Facilitated by SBA experts and a network of business advisors, the program is co-hosted by the City of Fort Worth’s Economic Development Department, Office of Veterans Affairs, the University of Texas Arlington’s Veterans Business Outreach Center, and the SBA.
The event is free, but advance registration is required due to limited seating. For more information or to register, visit the SBA website or contact Bridget Moon.
