At approximately 2:20 AM on Monday, December 30th, the Fort Worth Fire Department responded to multiple reports of a commercial building fire in the 700 block of North Main Street, just outside of downtown. Initial reports indicated that two people were possibly inside the building.

Upon arrival, fire crews discovered a large, vacant two-story warehouse engulfed in heavy flames. The Incident Commander called for a second alarm as firefighters worked quickly to clear the building, ensuring no victims remained inside.

After approximately 75 minutes of battling the blaze defensively, firefighters brought the fire under control. One person was treated for smoke inhalation, though no injuries were reported among the firefighting personnel. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
