TARRANT COUNTY, TX – The Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office has announced that Robert Pascal Taylor, a 52-year-old Arlington man, has been sentenced to 45 years in prison after pleading guilty to the Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child Under 14.
According to the District Attorney's Office, Taylor sexually abused two sisters for nearly a decade, beginning when they were around eight years old. He would allegedly photograph the abuse, use a belt to hit the victims if they did not comply, and threaten to harm their family if they told anyone.
The case was investigated by the Arlington Police Department. The prosecution team for the case was Megan Bradshaw and Steven Elliott.
