DFW Airport Parking Rates Changing Oct. 1, TollTag Users to Get Lower Prices
DFW AIRPORT, Texas - Travelers driving to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport will see a new parking and access rate structure beginning Oct. 1, with lower drive-up prices for customers who pay using a TollTag.
DFW said the changes are designed to encourage TollTag payments and advance parking reservations, which the airport says reduce transaction times at its plazas and lower operating costs.
Travelers who reserve parking in advance will continue to receive the airport's lowest available rates, with discounts of up to 50% compared with maximum drive-up prices. Prebooked rates vary depending on demand, length of stay, parking location and how far in advance the reservation is made.
For travelers who do not prebook at dfwairport.com, TollTag payments will receive fixed discounts compared with paying by credit card at the exit.
Under the new rates, Terminal parking will cost a maximum of $37 per day with TollTag or $40 when paying by credit card. Express Covered parking will cost $23 with TollTag and $25 by credit card, while Express Uncovered will cost $20 and $22, respectively.
Remote parking will cost $14 per day with TollTag or $16 with a credit card.
The pricing difference will also apply to drivers picking up or dropping off passengers. Vehicles on airport property for eight to 30 minutes will pay $1 with TollTag, down from the current $2 rate. Drivers paying by credit card will pay $3.
For drivers waiting between 30 and 60 minutes to meet arriving passengers, the rate will be $3 with TollTag or $5 by credit card. Stays of one to two hours will cost $5 with TollTag or $7 by credit card.
Drivers using International Parkway only to pass through airport property will pay $12 with TollTag or $15 by credit card.
| Parking or Access | TollTag | Credit Card |
|---|---|---|
| Terminal | $37 | $40 |
| Express Covered | $23 | $25 |
| Express Uncovered | $20 | $22 |
| Remote | $14 | $16 |
| Drop-off, 8-30 minutes | $1 | $3 |

| Meeter/Greeter, 1-2 hours | $5 | $7 |

DFW last increased its parking rates in 2024. Airport officials cited higher labor and material costs since then, along with investments in roadway improvements, including new terminal exits, bridges and other road projects.
The airport is self-sustaining and receives operating revenue from airline fees, parking, concessions and other commercial activities. Parking and access revenue also helps support maintenance of DFW's roadway system.
The new drive-up rates take effect Oct. 1.
