The Grand Prairie Police Department is investigating a fatal accident involving a motorcycle that occurred on Sunday, April 7, 2024.
At around 1:30 a.m., officers were called to the scene of a single-vehicle accident on South Carrier Parkway in the 1400 block. The motorcycle, traveling southbound, lost control for reasons yet to be determined and collided with a guardrail.
The operator of the motorcycle, identified as 56-year-old Manuel Albert Galvan, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
